weird symptoms

hi. two years back i had an unprotected sex with an asian escort in the uk. it was the biggest mistake of my life. plus it was my first time ever. since then i've got myself checked for stds from sexual health clinics in the uk a few times. all results are negative. but the thing is that i feel a little pain in on the left side of my groin and my left leg which usually occurs couple of times in a month. and sometime i also feel a prick like feeling in the tip of my penis, on the inner left side. other than this i also get muscle twitches in different parts of my body. when i get those muscle twitches it literally feels as if, that part where i get muscle twitches, is pumping like a heart. and now i'm back in india and got myself tested from a local lab, all stds results are again negative, but my blood report showed that my bilirubin was a little high than normal.
these groin pain and prick feeling started a month after i had the sex. and the muscle twitches started a year back.

have no clue whats wrong
please help

Why dont you get an HSV-1 or HSV-2 test done.  Those are possible symptoms of HSVirus.

Again.  Not std related, no.  Nothing std related could be causing your symptoms.

What kind of help do you think we can give you?  You have had multiple negative std results.  It is time to seek medical options other than std.  See a doctor to find out what is wrong because you would not get multiple negative std results if what is causing your problems is an std.  Although you can get great advice from here, nothing we say beats more than 3 negative results in a row.
