what is the risk given the conditions(in detail)?

Doc,
when i was 19..i has sex with a sex worker..                                                                                                                         1. she performed oral sex on me with a condom(latex condom) for some five minutes
2. i licked her nipples...20 seconds..
3. vaginal intercourse for the next five minutes..(rough and vigorous)..

As far as i know...the condom did not break..
just seconds after the act..i removed the condom(which i remember was totally wet)...with my bare hands.....

some five months after the above incident....i got one huge bump...not a group...just one big bump on my left cheek...which was filled with pus(yellow)...it kept on getting big for three days...andthen burst on the fouth or fifth(i have a scar from it)....
and three months after this a similar thing happened...to my middle finger..it became bigger and bigger for four days and then burst itself..and healed..
(during the above conditions my hygiene was not particularly good..lots of time just indoors at home..and ate lots of sugary food)..

now this june....again i was on a fast..a mango fast...some 20 25 mangoes a day..i got a similar bump on my back filled with blood and pus( hygiene not good again)...not itchy(dint even realize when it was growing)...and some days later blood and pus filled bumps(four or five)..not itchy.. just below the belly button(where the elastic of the boxers are)...again the hygiene was not particularly good...

i also got red marks near my underarms..filled with nothing...but they scabbed over in ten days..(again maybe due to bad hygiene)...
and
i also have two little milia like things on my lips presently(they have been for three weeks now)...not a cold sore(or is it?)...it doesnt hurt or itch..

Given all the above conditions and scenarios...(in my mind this could be coz of herpes from the prostitute or too much sugar or just bacterial infections)...
i want to know my risk for the following..

1. HSV1 HSV2
2. HPV
3. HIV

All  genuine replies will be highly aprreciated.
thank you!

Only testing for hsv would confirm your status but most symptoms for newly acquired hsv would appear 4 to 14 days post exposure not 5 months. Using a condom and her not have any obvious genital sores present at the time, really reduces any risk close to zero.
HIV not an issue
HPV not test available

Any primary herpes sore would be at point of contact at the genital area not the belly area. Its to high up. Without any obvious sores or warts on her chances are pretty slim you contracted anything from this one time affair.

Hi from what you describe you would be at risk for herpes and HPV. Since you did not give her oral sex your upper body sores would not be herpes related, they would be in your genital area from the vaginal exposure.
