white dots, burning dry lips
So after 7 months of dealing with this and non stop research Im finally making a post for some help
First of all this is not fordyce spots, I've done hours and hours of reading so don't tell me it is, because it's not.
this started right before thanksgiving of 2014, a few days after giving oral to my GF at the test of over 4 years I had a white patch under my tounge and sore throat, went to the doc told me I had tonsillitis, which I have had about 4 times over the past 4-5 years, I'm 25/male by the way, so a day or 2 after being on an antibiotic azithomycin I believe it was I had a noticeable red blotchy spot in the middle top lip, about the same area a dime has, and noticed these small white dots, it almost seems to break outside the boarder of my top lip, anyway long story short these white dots are in the corners and slight in the interior corners on my mouth, now these are not the worst part...since I have been in Constant discmfort, sometimes pain on the bad days, my lips burn alot just in General, I do get spots that seem to burn more and be isolated as week as tingling senstaions, but never a sore of any kind, since this had happend I have gotten more canker sores and the clear raised boil type looking spots on the inside lip, starts with an m but cannot recall. Around the time this started I seem to have gotten small bumps behind my ears, may be unrelated but not 100% sure. Also for about a weekto 10 days I had a bump spot on my penis, that has not returned, but it too also looks different since this has happened, dry and dehydrated, some may say it's in my head, but this I know is true %100 it's not the same. So far I had and hiv and hsv blood test about 3-4 months after, the hsv was 1 and 2 was recommended to have a retest hiv negative, although from what I read this can't be hsv, because from what I read the symptoms just don't last this long, also for the first month I had a spot on my top middle lip almost on the inside b that seemed to start sore and raw feeling...I did seem to even have a dry patch once on the roof of my mouth for a week or so, sometimes my tounge feels discomfort as well as b the roof of my mouth, any help/ideas will be greatly appreciated, I tried to be sort, but include everything I have had

Went to a dermatologist about two months in and he just wanted to say fordyce spots, know of any other sti's I should be checked for?
