white spots on tongue

years ago i was duct taped and held hostage by a guy i had been partying with. i watched as he sucked blood from his mouth and spit it in a spoon then injecting me with it. later, i heard someone saying that he liked to shoot girls up so they would pass out and he would rape them and give them "yuck mouth" im sure this is where i got it..its been yrs. i know it is contagious because i gave it to my boyfriend..anyway every so often my tongue will itch..ill get a knot on the side and then 2 white patches on the tip..sometimes 3 if its a bad one..its painful but goes away after a few days or so..ive been tested and nothing..all ive ever gotten is mouthwash from the dr. i have a baby now and am afraid to get close because i know its contagious
