worried about lumps

i have had these lumps grow on the forskin area between my shaft and head of penis but only on the sides of my penis with one a slightly brown color on the underside of my penis on the forskin.  they are hard lumps and have only appeared and not grown larger.  i have had them for a few months and others have appeared.  they are not round but short almost toothpick shaped and almost as if the skin has folded upward.  if i press on them i feel pain and i have some redness on the rim of the head of my penis but no lumps with some pain to the touch. i dont know if this is from masturbation or if i have an std. i havnt had sex in over a year and this appeared about 6 months after the last time i had sex  if anyone can tell help i would feel better about this. they do not look like herpes or warts

Bumps can be many things often not a STD. You would have to see a Dr for an exam.
