yellow discharge+low back discomfort

Hi,
I first went to doctor because of fishy smell at the entrance of vagina. I was prescribed Metronidazol, which didn't help. I developed strange yellowish vaginal discharge (without odor) in August, following abdominal pain. At the same time I got my eye infected as well. The tests for Chlamydia came back negative, but doctors thought it's good idea to take Doxycycline, as I also had UTI symptoms. Nothing changed, went to urologist who prescribed Ciprinol, no change. Then the culture test showed E.Coli at cervix, which was treated with Unasyn twice before resolving. My vulva is itchy as if shaved and hair growing back, though I haven't shaved (labia also looked bumpy). I was told to use clotrimazole cream and Advantan cream for dermatitis. Nothing changed,  clotrimazol cream only changed the smell to smth like cheap eau de cologne. The strangest thing is, that when I used Safeguard soap, the cream didn't change the smell and the pumps disappeared for a while.
Last month I had bloody discharge for 2 days between my periood and gynecologist told that cervix is bit red, but treatment can be done after receiving test results.
Tests showed that all STD results are negative. PAP result was classified PAP II. Culture from cervix was also clear. Pelvic ultrasound only showed multifollicular ovaries, so this is also clear. Still I was prescribed metronidazol.

Now the bad odor  from labia appears and goes, my labia swells up sometimes, urinating is difficult then.
Yellow discharge and low back discomfort are my daily companions, the eye infection has also not resolved (going to get it cultured finally, after unsuccessful treatments). I have never had such vaginal discharge, odor or back tiredness (my back in general is fine, I go to chiropractictioner once a month). What can it be or where should I seek for further help?
Thanks!

Not yeast. I was told by Dr. that this is probably overgrowth of some bacteria in vagina, because of the smell and the color of the discharge (otherwise would be considered Reiter's, but I already visited reumatologist, so this is not option). They did the microscopy from urethra and vagina. In a week will have urine cultured and culture from eye and vagina to be taken. Based on that they figure out the cause and find the cure. Until that no cure whatsoever, in order to get the cultures right. I'll keep u posted.

I would suggest follow up with your Dr. Since you have tested for STD's and are negative this is not STD related, but it does sound like some kind of infection. Maybe BV or yeast?

My eyes and labia feel both kind of minty (feels bit cool, like air-breeze), eyes have yellow discharge. Generally I feel like becoming sick, bit cold, tired (sometimes I have temperature, but nothing major, CRV test was ok as well). My stomich is a bit spastic and like there is wet towel inside and back is also in tension.
