I do not believe that this should be a matter of concern as HPV is not transmitted that way, certainly not when coming into contact with an inert object, like a fork. Transmission is through skin to skin contact, mainly ganital, or genital to oral.

Just an additional comment: there are no warts inside my mouth, i just suspect a low risk asymptomatic infection because i had a filiform wart on the outer skin below my lower lip which was burned by my dermatologist so it could or could not have transmitted the HPV to inside my mouth. Just wanted to make that clear. That being said, i go back to the main question in my first comment above regarding transmission. Thank you very much.
