4 months later

So I had a few encounters with my ex, the last being vaginal, no protection about 4 months ago. I have had no signs or symptoms of any stds and neither has my wife since this time. 5 days after the last encounter my ex took a full board of STD tests and told me all was clear with her. She sent me some screenshots of the gonorhea and chlamydia test since those were the two I was most concerned with. A month ago, my wife was complaining of what felt like a UTI, she drank cranberry juice and her period started and has not said anything about it since. She performed oral on me about a week ago and was complaining of a sore throat a few days later (she has also been having sinuses lately) now during her period this week she’s saying that she has been having stomach issues. About a week ago, after she gave me oral and told me about her throat. I felt some discomfort in my penis(no discharge) but it seemed to go away each time I peed and after drinking the amount of water, that I am supposed to in a day, for a few days the pain went away. I should also note that during this time I had some dull pain in testies and some lower back pain.

Am I just associating all these things into more then they are? I feel like if there was any std from my ex that symptoms would have showed up sooner in my wife and I. I also feel like the only things that match the symptoms are gonorhea or chlamydia but my ex tested negative for both of these and I have not done anything with anyone else except my wife. Any help is definitely appreciated.

I can't tell you what was included in your ex's testing - it varies, and it depends on if she had urine testing or if they did swab testing.

Why hasn't your wife gone to a doctor? She's had a lot of symptoms, all very vague, but do need investigating.

Why don't you just go test? That would be an easy way to answer this. If you don't want to go to your regular doctor, you can go to an STD clinic and self pay, or use a service like STDCheck.com or LetsGetChecked.com, HealthLabs.com or ultalabtests.com.

It is unlikely these are STDs, but just test and put it to rest.

Well my wife mentioned this morning that she’s been feeling like she has a yeast infection. Could this be trich? I don’t know if that test was included in the ones my ex did. Any help would be great!
