Am I in the clear?

Ok I'm a guy, met up with a few guys just about 6 months ago. We all masturbated and when I said I was about to ejaculate another guy put my penis in his mouth. I finished up and he got up. All in all I was maybe in his mouth for 5-10 seconds.  Few days later I started feeling pain. Went to dr he thought uti. Then my GP a few days later wanted a culture and a chlamdia/ghon test. They all came back negative and there were no sores or anything.  I saw a urologist and he checked me all out. Ran another urine culture and more g/c tests and stuck a scope in me. All negative. Diagnosed me with interstitial cystitis. I asked about sti's and he said he saw nothing. Urine tests came back negative and I asked about blood tests for herpes and hiv. Said I had no symptoms of herpes and was at no risk for hiv. So now I'm at the 6 month point. Still have a pain of pressure in my penis at times. At times I get a minor itch and a sting here and there. I even get the same sting and ache in my inner thighs. No sores or blisters through. Urgent care looked at me and said no blisters and it was prob just dry skin. At this point he said I would only need to be tested for piece pf mind. Is it still possible I could have herpes?  I have had sex with my wife since I was given an all clear from my dr and she has zero symptoms at all. Is my pain stemming from paranoia?

Great. Does it sound like anything else? Or just dryness?

Great. Thanks. I keep reading online that you can get herpes on your inner thighs. I guess that's my source of my hysteria. Also, the dr did say I have some dry skin and that may be cause for irritation I am feeling. On the left side of my penis on the underside where the head meets the shaft it was a little red and puffy. More signs of dry skin and chafing?  And on the underside towards the base of the shaft it has some bumps almost like a chicken skin texture. From what I can tell its normal.
Thanks. Also doc said I had some dry skin on penis that was causing irritation. I had some redness and puffiness on the underside on the left where the head meets the shaft. Is that linked to dry skin! Also on the underside towards the base of the shaft it has some bumps almost like chicken skin. From what I can tell its normal. Sorry if this posted twice. I hit post the first time but I didn't see it lost on my end.

Thanks. But sometimes I feel it almost down to my knees. I did find one pimple on my thigh but it was a single pimple that was never a cluster or lesion and never turned into an oozing sore

Hi, not having any outbreaks in this six month period is a good indicator you did not contact herpes from the brief oral. Extremely low risk activity.

Ok thanks. Any idea what is causing the burning and stinging sensation in my inner thighs?  I should add that I am an overweight guy and I tend to get a lot of chafing way up in my inner thighs and buttocks area. I have been monitoring that as well and there has only been chafing there. Never any blisters or ulcers or oozing sores.

Herpes is a tricky question because it can be spread through skin to skin contact. Since you have already get it tested, I don't think you have herpes. You are just being stressed out.

Well the urologist never felt there was a need for a blood test since I was not showing any symptoms of it. No blisters, no fever, no swollen lymph nodes, no fever. Just now I feel the burning and stinging in my inner thighs. It is probably related to dry skin, but I cannot help but let my mind wonder. Is there a safe period of time that if I do not have a breakout after exposure then I am safe?  I do not even remember him having any sores on his lips. And he claimed to be clean. My paranoia is a pain in the @$$. Thanks for your replies.

Yes, you are being over paranoid. 5 - 10 secs of contact was brief exposure, it is unlikely to transmit any stds. You need to pay less attention to your penis from now on.
