Chmalydia Uring test 10 days post exposure conclusive? PCR test

Hi, I was wondering if a Chlamydia urine test at nearly 10 days (4 hours short of 10 days) post exposure is accurate?

The test results say Chlamydia trachomatis PCR: Urine: NOT DETECTED. Is a PCR test the same as a NAAT test?

Thanks a lot.

Conclusive.
Both tests uses Dna as a template to test for the bacteria.
