Circle spot on my penis body

Is it syphilis or anything else? Do I need to get tested for it?

I'm not a doctor, but I don't see anything there. It could be the pic, so if you see something, you should get it checked.

This is what a syphilis sore looks like, and I definitely didn't see that - https://www.cdc.gov/std/syphilis/images/chancre-penile.htm

Why do you think you're at risk for syphilis? If you've had sexual contact with anyone - oral, vaginal or anal - you could be at risk for syphilis, and if you haven't tested, it's never a bad idea to test, but I don't even see a circle on your pic.

Again though, get it checked if your concerned.
