Color issues with head of penis *Pic*

I am on my 9th month suffering and this seems to be one my symptoms. I am an uncircumcised male.

Symptoms
pain in the tip of the penis (6 months)
Itching in the testicles (4 months)
Itching in the anus (3-4 months)
Color issues with the head of the penis

I have been tested negative for
HIV
Herpes (twice tested)
Gonorrhea & Chlaymidia (sp) tested 3+ times
Bacteria testing of prostate
Syphilis
urine tested

I have been treated with
Rocephin, zithromax (antibiotics) Pretreatment in emergency when I first started feeling off
Doxycyline, ciprofoaxcin (more antibiotics 1 month each

I thought it may be related to all the antibiotics such as a candida/yeast infection
The pic is not great and unfortunately I cant share the same type of lighting with you as I had in my bathroom. It was a lot worse in person. If i tried to run to the doctor tomorrow it would be 100% gone.

I dont use soaps in the area.

As soon as I got of the shower the penis tip lit up was irritated for a few minutes and quickly calmed down.  This happens a lot.

We don't look at pics because we can't diagnosis you. Based on your tests you do not have a STD. All I can say is follow up with your Dr on your symptoms.
