Constant Stomach Pain

Is stomach pain and gurgling, especially at night, a symptom of any stds? It's been happening mostly on/off for several weeks. Had unprotected oral 12 weeks ago. Tested negative for everything at 10 week mark. Chlamydia, Gonorrhea was tested twice using urine samples (Naat) and still negative. So what is causing these pains?! Is in anxiety? Or did I get 2 false negatives? Please help.

How rare would gonorrhea contraction from oral? I've been tested negative twice with urine samples. I seem to be having eye soreness and heavy eyes and my butt is sweating. Are these symptoms of gonorrhea? No odor or discharge that I can find.

Hi what your mentioning are not symptoms of any std. Stomach gurgling is connected to the digestive muscles at work moving things around. If your concenred have a doc check your stomach

Thank you.
I've read in several posts from docs Hook and Hansfield that chlamydia is rarely if ever transmitted through oral. Would you concur with this?
