Dull pain tip of penis
12 days ago I may have had a sexual encounter with a stripper. We came back to my place after being at the strip club; however, I was very intoxicated and can not recall what occurred. I did wake up naked and she left during the night but her panties were on the floor. There were no used condoms, so what ever happened it was unprotected. My penis did not look like I had had unprotected sex (it was clean). I believe I was too drunk to get an erection, she may have tried to give me oral sex I'm not sure.
The next day I was very horny and masturbated 4-5 times fairly aggressively by the end to get off. Also this day a friend that I frequently have sex with came over and we had unprotected vaginal intercourse for probably 45-60 minutes. I also started to notice flu like symptoms this day.
The next day my penis was sore on the shaft and head, I assumed from overuse. I also was coming down with the flu for sure this day.
Over the next couple days, most of the penis soreness subsided but I got a pretty bad flu. I have continued to experience some minor dull pain in the tip of my penis almost like its extra sensitive, mostly at my urethra sometimes just in the head of my penis. It has made me very aware of the every sensation at my urethra and sometimes feels irritated when it rubs on my boxers. This sensation comes and goes.
This sensation was and continues to be my ONLY symptom. It does not hurt to urinate, I have no discharge (I have checked by milking my penis every morning), I don't urinate more frequently then normal, my urethra tip appears normal. It does not hurt to masturbate or climax
I went for STD screening 5 days after the encounter with the stripper. I do not have results yet. This was 7 days ago, they require you wait 10 days for results. They did blood, mouth swab and a urethra swab (it had been 2-3 hours since I urinated). They tested fro HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Syphilis. We discussed it being NGU but they said without discharge they couldn't do a culture.
I'm freaking out because the pain while mostly gone does seem to appear occasionally still after 12 days. My flu is basically gone as well, I still have minor symptoms of a stuffy/runny nose. If I need to get on antibiotics I want to know which ones and I don't want to wait any longer.

I've had a similar experience. I only receieved a hand job in which she spit on my penis once and kissed me. All other symptoms went away except this one. However, a week after the incident, I masturbated twice in 8 hours. Aftewrwards, a moderately dull yet shooting pain began to last throughout my penis. I took several tests including a culture. My doctor analyzed me again just yesterday. He said I was clean, but when he looked inside my urethra, he said he saw an ulcer and claimed I had HSV/Herpes. I'm waiting for a test result now. I just signed up and i'm looking for answers too.

It seems POIS to me. It results in imbalance of brain chemistry which causes flu like symptoms. And after 5-6 time of masturbation pain in penis is obvious.
