Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma

Hi i had a suspicious relationship like 3-4 months ago and have sympytoms of an std/sti(I don't know what) since then. At first I had a bad smelly discharge and pain during urination.I visit many doctors and they all give treatment for BV. The smell was gone so I thought it healed even though there were still discharge,I had a boyfriend short after that and everytime weve been together he got urethritis and treated with doxycycline but I still had symptoms and that problem repeated every time even we had protected sex or just with kissing. New symptoms like pain during penetration or pain while I'm on my period -which i didnt have normally-  and sometimes small pelvic pains appeared. so recently we went to a clinic for detailed researched because we got tired of using useless medicines and further fertilizing problems.. so we got tested for chlamydia/candida/ureaplasma/mycoplasma and also they cultured the semen and vaginal discharge. Doctor said I got mycoplasma and ureaplasma . Also he said that there were Gardrenalla on the plate. For my bf he said he got only ureaplasma. Also we had antibiograms for them and with the doctors advice used azitromycin 500 mg ( 1000 mg at first day 500 mg at following 4 days). Doctor said that I should use metronidazole for harder Ella as I finish the azithromycin. We finished using azitro but our symptoms are not gone. My bf  saying that he has a discomfort in his genitals and feeling like he can't urinate fully and i have still abnormal discharge. We believing it's not gone. I would be so happy if you share your opinions with me . We feel so desperate and having this disease for months damaging our relationship so can you Please help us why we are not healed if The tests saying its sensitive to azitromycin. (I took microbiology lesson so you can explain it with details) thank you already now
