It's possible, but especially your test last week, and even in May, you would have a strong enough infection that I can't imagine it would matter. There would be enough bacteria present that it would be present in more than just the first part of your urine stream.
Have you had symptoms?
Your only real risk here is the unprotected oral, and that's much lower risk than actual intercourse. If you can't let it go, then do a final test for gonorrhea and chlamydia, and do a first catch (the first part of your urine stream), and then let it go. I don't think it's necessary, but understand the need to do it for peace of mind.
