symptoms that lead to different stds?

Hello everyone, im not sure if i am posting the question on the right community, but what is happening to me is quite confusing..
3 month ago i recived unprotected oral sex from a girl i didnt know at all, after that about 3 weeks or a month later, i got some oper sores on my penis, like some cuts that they really hurted when i touched them, after a while they would heal, just dissapear, and come back again. I been experiencing some fatigue, diarrea, shortness of breath, joint pain some night sweat and sore throat. A month and a half after that encounter i went to the doctor to check all stds and the results were negative, all of them negative and about a week after i got a girlfriend, we both went to hospital not for special reason, i thought it would be good to check ourselves for std befor starting to have sex, again everithing came out negative for both of us. so we started to have unprotected sex cuz results were negative and i didnt worry about what happened to my penis before cuz it healed, it is clean and no open sores anymore and the doctor told me that was nothing.. strange. What is making me very scared now is that i keep having fatigue, diarrea and joint pain, and my girlfriend have some symptoms as well, fever, headache, joint pain, night sweat, sore throat, breast pain, fatigue, an eye of her got red, pain during intercourse or urinating, and itching in lower area.
My question is what std can present such symptoms, i thought about hiv, but i readed many times on this website that is impossible to get hiv via oral, or if that girl had herpes and hiv, could hiv be passed via oral then? Please help i need some answers, im going to get me and my gf tested again in about 2 weeks, but i would like to get some clue of someone who understand what is going on, any advice will be much appreciated, thank you very much

Oral sex is low risk for contracting herpes but a risk never the same.... Herpes takes at least three months to show up in ones blood, so if you tested three months after your exposure you would have recieved a conclusive result, if you didn't testing is needed again... Hiv can't be passed on through oral, unless you had unprotected penetration she couldn't have passed hiv to you.... Seeing that you tested for everything esle after a month, if it's not herpes, it could  be  infection.

you need to get a full STD panel This could very well be an STD or a bacteria infection but to find out you need to be tested.
