Frequent Urination - Male 40 yrs old
6 weeks ago I was drunk and high and visited a massage parlor. While I was slightly unconscious, the lady started performing unprotected oral sex on me. Since then I’ve developed a urgency to to pee, pain in the tip of my penis and a slight burn. My symptoms have improved but I still feel a need to pee frequently. I tested negative for all STDs 3 times over the past 4 weeks. Any clue what this might be.

Have you tested for a UTI and NGU? Has a doctor actually examined you? Checked your prostate?
How long did the oral last?
I don't know how much/often you drink, but alcohol is very irritating to the bladder and urethra. If you drink a lot of alcohol and not enough water, that can account for a lot of your symptoms, too.
