Answering the question in the title of your thread: No way. You can't get HPV from oral contact with nongenital skin, nipples or anywhere else. If you really acquired oral herpes from the events you describe, it had to be from kissing or because your partner had a herpes outbreak, most likely on or near the cheek or neck. But HPV still isn't likely; it is rarely if ever acquired by contact with a partner's mouth, saliva, etc. And HPV doesn't cause tingling or any other symptoms, other than visible growth of warts etc.
So oral HPV isn't worth a moment's worry. Best wishes and happy new year.
