Had Chlamydia now diagnosed with Streptococcus agalactiae?

These past 5 months I've been living a hell.
In November I had protected sexual encounter with a CSW in Netherlands, I had a condom on during oral sex and vaginal and when I finished I noticed the condom was intact, no visible breaks, spills or anything. I also touched her vagina too.
2 weeks later I had all the symptoms for Chlamydia and was diagnosed with it. I tried contacting the place where I went but they wouldn't respond to my messages at all.
After I got treated for Chlamydia I started getting these "yeast" problems on my penis, it starts being really annoying coming and going all the time since December now. Not to mention I had bad anxiety problems thinking I have HIV, and everyone has assured me that it was all protected and even the doctor told me I don't need to do a HIV test, I am really afraid to take the test. I did take two more Chlamydia test after the antibiotics course and it turned negative.

This "yeast" problem is continuing to be really tiresome, it keeps recurring and I've tried creams, yogurt, probiotics everything suggested by the doctor.

These 2 weeks I seem to have these symptoms for allergy, first I started itching all over the body and the doctor prescribed an antihistamine, after the itching symptoms faded away I started feeling really kind of weak and sick, then I went back for examination and he took a blood and urine test and it turned out positive for present bacteria, and yesterday I have a positive test for Streptococcus Agalactiae bacteria present but not in large number (Number was 10000 CFU/ML), the blood screen also said that my numbers were all good for white blood cells and all that. The doctor said this bacteria might have been the cause for my recurring "yeast" infection on my penis, and because I had a large dose of antibiotics to try and cure it with less consumption of milk, sugars and have a daily intake of 3g medical sodium bicarbonate and wild oregano tea.

Can you tell me more how on earth could I have contracted this bacteria? If everything was protected, then how could I have gotten Chlamydia too?
Do you think he prescribed a good treatment for this bacteria?
Should I go for a second opinion and do another test or take antibiotics?

I am honestly really getting desperate with this :(
