Menstrual blood exposure from oral sex

Hello everyone, I was exposed to my ex girlfriends period blood during oral sex around 2 years ago. We weren’t in an open relationship, but I don’t know much about her sexual past except her reassurance for always using condoms before me. We were together around 3 months prior to the incident, and I never noticed and symptoms on her such as a syphilis rash. We got separated shortly after the incident. I got tested for HIV at a walk-in clinic after around 4.5 months and it was negative (I live somewhere around Middle East if that changes anything). I started a new relationship around a year later, and got tested for HIV, HEP B&C, and syphilis which all came back negative. However, one tube named “Sexually Transmitted Diseases Panel” gave a “wrong tube” error which made me question the validity of the results. So I consulted a bunch of doctors online, and most of them told me that the results are not affected by this “wrong tube” error and they are conclusive. However, I still went to 3 other urologists for face to face confirmation.

Should I get tested for something else? Is there anything that I am missing? I apologize if these questions seem dumb.

Period blood is no risk for transmitting STI so there never was a risk. Even if there was, your recent panel confirms you are negative.

Anxiety is playing a big part, try to relax and trust when we all say there was never a risk :)

Thank you for the quick reply! Do you mean that period blood doesn’t increase the chance of getting STIs? Because I am aware of the risks of oral sex including syphilis. I’m 25 years old btw, was 23 at the time of the event.
It does not increase the risk, no. And because it happened so long ago and with the recent results, there really is no issue here at all. None
I appreciate your reassurance. I’ve got one last question. I’ve read that VDLR test for syphilis is a common screening. However, it may not detect late stages of syphilis. Since my “possible” exposure was around 2 years ago, do you think that the infection went undetected somehow? I asked a similar question to a urologist and he said that the result is negative. But I just want to gather as much info as I can.
