Herpes or something else

About two weeks ago I had unprotected sex and noticed small bumps the next day. I am worried I have an STD. I am prone to yeast infections and contact dermatitis but i have noticed some symptoms including itching, burning urination, cottage cheese like discharge and fatigue.

Hi, symptoms do not appear the next day. It will take longer. It is called an incubation period.

Cottage cheese discharge is a classic sign of a yeast infection, as is itching and burning.

I'm not sure what the bumps are - you don't say what they look like or where they are, but you should go to the doctor to be tested to make sure what you have is yeast, and ask your doctor to look at the bumps.

Biology2017 is correct - symptoms wouldn't appear the next day if it were an STD.
