I am a make,So I have what looks like lichen planus on my wrist and penis. I went
To dermatologist and 2 doctors 1st doctor said it was eczema, 2nd wasn't 100 percent sure.
so, an ex of mine had test positive for hpv,  no way to test for it in men.
This has been torturing me, would cause post cordial bleeding, sex headache and vaginal odor, cough/flu like symptoms?

HPV is warts.  You know what a wart looks like, I'm sure.  This doesn't sound like that. Anniebrooke says important information in that most clear an HPV infection with no intervention at all and this really doesn't sound like hpv. https://www.cdc.gov/std/hpv/stdfact-hpv.htm

Are you asking if the doctors were wrong, and if the "lichen planus" or "eczema" is really HPV, and if so, could you could have given it your ex?

HPV is very, very common in the population -- as another website plainly puts it, "nearly all sexually active people are infected with HPV soon after they become sexually active." There are lots of different kinds of HPV, generally categorized as low-risk and high-risk. Some of them cause warts, but those evidently high-risk HPV is not associated with warts -- "if a high-risk HPV infection lasts for many years and causes cell changes, you might have symptoms."

But most of the time for both men and women, an HPV infection will just go away after a while. (There is a way to test for HPV in men, by anal swab, but it's not done a lot because even if they find it, the only thing they can do is have the guy wait it out.) And if a woman gets a Pap smear and they find an HPV infection, she can have the cells removed before they become troublesome.

It seems like the doctor who thinks it is eczema might be on the right track, since eczema can look like lichen planus and warts don't usually. But if you feel you haven't had a good answer, see another dermatologist.
