I think I may have STDS

History:

Had unprotected intercourse once with my girlfriend 3-4 years ago. Ever since I have been having medical issues for the past while, which I have been ignoring. My symptoms are as follows:

In the beginning i had:
- Frequent urination. Small amounts
- Sometimes Lower abdominal pain. Also random body pains

But now recently (1 years going):
- Vomiting (If i dont get to the washroom soon enough)
- Cloudy & Dark Urine.
- Painful urination (Symptom gone after being given HP Pack- For Ulcer)
- Leaky urination after completion.

Blood test showed: Bacteria found, that is present in UTI. But its re-occurring which is suspicious
Urine test: Showed up cloudy. Doctor assumed Ulcer.

I had explained the symptoms to my doctor (other than me having intercourse, which is a long past issue). I believe my doctor has been diagnosing wrong. So I am posting it here.

If it is STD, which one. And after 3 years, wouldn't I see serious side effects? And are there any cures to the STD I am suffering from (If so).

Greatly Appreciated.

I was not aware that receiving unprotected oral sex was unsafe. So During the same period of the sexual incident. I had been receiving unprotected oral sex for aprox. (8 month consistently. 2-3 times a week).

A recent Prostate exam came clean.
