Is it possible on the pores where the hair grows out on the ball sack, can these pores get infected or can and std go in through there and cause an infection? Also I shave there sometimes.
Good cleaning with soap and water should be enough. For worsening infection, you should go see your Doctor. take care.

Yep, and that infection is called folliculitis. Its more likely that you'd get it since you shave.
The infection is caused by bacteria, and you should get this checked by your doctor. If its bad enough, you might need an antibiotic.
I'd throw the razor away, too, and use a new one.
