Irritation/Itchiness Immediately after Oral Sex

Hi there.

I am an 18 year old virgin and on Sunday morning, I received unprotected oral sex from another virgin. A few hours later, I felt some itchiness around my testicles and under my testicles. Later that day, the itchiness grew. It wasn't terrible itching either. It would come and go. Sometimes it was a slight tingle. I did some research and I got scared because of STD's. Then, later in the  day I felt like one drop of urine was stuck inside the tip of my penis. Then I really got scared. I read that the symptoms wouldn't show this early but I still am scared. Do you think I am making myself scared over this? I am really really scared here and I can't stop thinking about the itch which makes me think it's just making it worse. Currently, it is almost 30 hours after the oral sex and the itchiness is still there. Sometimes the testicles will tingle for a few seconds and stop. This itching comes and goes. No pain. Just a little irritating. I have not had that feeling of one drop of urine left since that one time, either. No discharge, no warts, no bumps.

The oral sex did last for a very long time and she did get aggressive at times with her hand and mouth so could it be just some irritation to the excessive use of the penis? I read about jock itch but I am not an athlete and I don't sweat constantly. Please give me some insight. Thank you so much!

There is no std that will show up so soon. You put yourself at risk for a std, but is is very low.  You are lloking at 2 weeks out before anything shows up.
