Is it infection or something else

I got fungal infection on area around my penis and my doctor gave me Sertaconazole Topical(2%) cream and Clotrimazole Topical(1% w/v) powder, few days after that few small bump like https://unsee.cc/remitazo/ appeared in area around my penis and I also felt some pain in testical and left thigh.

My doctor said he don't know what they are but looks like something related to fungal infection.
Is it related to fungal infection or some side effect of these medicines or some sort of STD??
Please help me.

Hi since the bumps appeared after the treatment it would almost certainly appear related and as for the pain in the testical and left thigh maybe a muscle strain but none of this suggest any std.

Thanks Sir, actually I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex 14 days back with a professional SW.
After that these problems started. First I had fungal infection on left side of penis and then some pain below left testical and upper part of left thigh. Now these bumps. Please see this image (https://unsee.cc/remitazo/) and help me in identifying the problem.
