Lip rashes

Hi,

I had sex with a female partner on 22 September (this being written 11 October).  We both gave each other unprotected oral sex and then had protected intercourse.  I dont know here so I have worried about STD and here is why.  I don't have any symptoms on my penis or other areas apart from my lips where I seem to have constant sore lips.  The week after I had sex with this lady I got sunburned in my face (including lips) so when I started getting sore lips a week ago I didn't think much of it and just thought it was because of the sunburn.  I have now been treating my lips with lipcare but they keep being sore.  In the last couple of days it look like there are some rashes developing as well.  I browsed the internet and the only thing I have found so far that resembles it is Fordyce's spots (by the look of a picture).  Can I have picked up an STD or is it just pure coincidence that these rashes have developed now or do they have anything to do with the sunburn?  In any event my lips are sore and lip care is not really healing anything except for the temporary soothing after applying medicated balm.  By the way, I have a tendency of developing lip herpez which I have had for many years (but not in the gentile area) which I normally cure with Zovirax and it cures in a couple of days and then the lesion cures in a couple of weeks.  I tend to get that once a year maybe.  I tried Zovirax despite the symptoms being totally different this time as well but it didn't help at all.  Can somebody please help our here since I am seriously nervous about the whole things!  What to do, how can this be treated?

Thanks in advance
Pacman

Well, the only way to know is to see a doctor.

Thanks!  I have been sunburned before in the face and lips and I have basically just used blue Lip Medex from Blistex which has always worked for me.  Now I've got these rashes which is making me worried that it is related to my sexual encounter almost three weeks ago...

I wonder if you got sunburned, which irritated your lips, and then used some lip stuff that caused a reaction.  If it lingers beyond the weekend, you might get it checked out by the doctor.

I deleted your pic, and you can read more as to why in the thread called "posting tips" at the top of the topic listing page.
