Need you help,doctors cant findanswers

3 months ago I was drinking alot on a bachlor trip and i had uprotect oral sex with a stripper. The next day I woke up with pain on the tip of my penis. As the day went on, it got progressivly worse. For 2 days the pain was at the tip of my penis. Day 3 the pain moved up into my lower abdomen. Day 4 I went to the Dr. And they game me a urine culture (came back normal) and a 10 day cycle of doxycycline. After day 6, I felt fine,  back to normal. I finished the 10 day dosage, and by day 13 the pain came back to the tip of my penis. (I drank the night before, coincidence?) One month after encounter i went back to doctor and got test for stds/ urine culture./ routine blood work. All came back negative. Dr. Gave me a shot on the butt and ssaid it was one of the strongest antibotics out there. Same thing happen, pain went away for 4/5days and then came back. It started in the tip and moved it's way back into my goin and lower abdomen and spread from there to my left leg. I went to the urologist and got a scrotum ultra sound. Came back ok. I went back to my doctor 2 months after initial encounter and got a hsv 1and 2 test.(I did not get tested for hsv1 and 2 my first trip to the doctor)  I got the results back and was positive for hsv1. He put me on 7days of antiviral and that did nothing. Its been 3 months since my encounter and my sympthoms are pain in my left tight. ( feels super weak and feellike it is going to cramp up) also pain iinthe left hamstring, and sometimes calf, some tenderness in the urethra, some lower back pain and a rash feeling between my anus, but it is not red.

Does anyone have any information on what this could be? My leg pain is getting worse and I dont have any answers. Thank you for all your help

"pain in my left tight"?
You need to talk to doc about this.  You might have 2 separate issues, or maybe just one and the pain makes you over-examine the other, but no one can diagnose from here. You were given 3 times but you don't say what for, so you need to discuss this with the doc.
