Oral sex, anus bleeding

I have been monogamous for 5 years with the only sex partner I have ever had. I did have std tests few years ago and all returned negative. 6 weeks ago, I performed unprotected oral sex (giving and receiving) with a girl I don't know in Mexico. After the encounter, she told me that she used to be a prostitute, but not anymore and that she is clean. One week later, I started to feel some discomfort while peeing and noticed a transparent discharge coming from my penis (I am not sure if it was something or just me being paranoid).

I went to and STD clinic and they gave me antibiotics for both chlamydia and gonorrhea, before they got the test results back (which came back negative). The symptoms disappears.

Now 6 weeks after the encounter, I started to notice blood on the toilet paper. During this oral sexual encounter, nothing came near to my bottom.

What are the chance that this is a symptom for genital warts or some other STD like Herpes? I have no other symptoms.

I am really worried, and I don't know how to get the piece of mind.

No. You have negative results from chlamydia and gonorrhea plus hiv. Possibility is herpes and syphillis but without direct contact it is zero possibility.

Thanks for your answer. I am hoping it is only hemorrhoids.

I just want to know if it is at all possible to get an STD with symptoms that appear in the anus from an encounter that was completely oral (fellatio and cunnilingus) and with no apparent sores of lesions?

Genital warts are only transmitted thru direct contact. Syphillis also is transmitted thru ontact with a syphillis sore. Most probably you have hemorrhoids. The best way is to have it checked as anxiety will not help.

I want to add:

The oral sexual contact happened only once with this women and it was only oral.

The blood on the toilet paper is bright red. I have been noticing it for 3 days.

I don't feel a lesion or ulcers in the area, but rather the area feels inflamed.

I have not developed any other symptoms.

HIV test returned negative, but I know it is too early to say (and too unlikely to be transmitted from such encounter)

I am mostly worried about syphilis, herpes, and genital warts. Is there something else I should worry about? Note that the doctor I've seen for my early symptoms (the penis discharge, and the one gave me antibiotics) said that there are no tests for the STDs that I mentioned for men (unless I develop the symptoms). So what should I do now?
