Painful dime size sore on inner thigh next to groin

What is this painful dime size sore I have on my inner upper thigh in my leg "crease"  to my groin. It comes and goes, but some how is always in that spot. Its red and painful to touch, its usually sweaty too when the rest of my groin area is dry.

Here is a picture. My belly is up top. my vline (crease) is to the right as so is my leg, my junk is pulled to the left side (95% out of view) and the bottom upside down V is my legs together just above my arse.

I also forgot to add, no painful urination, no discharge, not feeling sick, no out of the norm symptoms... just that sore and only that sore (no additional sores)

We don't look at pictures. See a Dr anything on the skin can be many things and only a Dr can tell you what it is.
