Penile Discharge

About 6 weeks ago I did unprotected anal. Then about a month and a half ago I did unprotected vaginal sex with a  girl at my college a couple of times. Then last week I received unprotected oral.

Yesterday morning I took off my clothes and noticed what looked to be a white fluid similar to cum on my thigh. I didn't think too much of it as I don't masturbate at all and I had some sexual dreams that morning. I sometimes have wet dreams once in a while. Throughout the day I'll notice the tip of my penis seems to be a little moist. If it's not most then I can milk and squeeze it and a kind of watery grey fluid comes out - sometimes it is clear.

This morning I woke up and there was no discharge that I could notice. A couple hours after waking I looked again and there wasn't much of anything. But I squeezed and milked my penis a little and a white fluid that resembles cum/semen came out. It wasn't a lot. Throughout the day sometimes I'll look and sometimes there will be a little grey sometimes clear fluid. If there isn't then sometimes I can milk/squeeze it and some clear or grey fluid will come out. Sometimes if I milk it nothing comes out.

I don't know if this is relevant but I've had some stomach aches for the past week. It just feels like I ate something bad so I have to go poop but I usually cant poop out much of anything.

My testicles aren't swollen and it doesn't really burn when I pee.

Greetings.
The discharge you describe is unlikely to be related to STI. Some men may have whitish or greyish discharge of seminal fluids in the morning, that is normal.
Stomach ache is unrelated, STIs never produce any sort of stomach pain or cramps.
But since you engage in unprotected sex (as I understood, with multiple partners, sorry if I got it wrong), you are at risk of every possible STIs (including HIV), and some of them are asymptomatic. You should be aware of the risks and get tested regularly.

Your response is highly appreciated.

I have one more question. Why do you say the discharge is unrelated to a STI? It's the fact that I sometimes check my penis during the day and I can squeeze small amounts of fluid when I'm not aroused is what scares me. I probably wouldn't be as worried if it was only in the morning.

Thanks again.
You see, it is impossible to diagnose you via Internet. I can only take an educated guess, based on the very limited information I have. The low probability I mentioned is based on the following facts:
1. Discharge is rarely the only symptom of an STI.
2. If discharge is STI-related, it is commonly due to a condition called "urethritis", and an inflamed urethra normally produces painful urination and other specific symptoms you never described.
3. On the contrary, clean or greyish discharge without any infection is quite common.
4. Most men can squeeze out some fluid from their penises if they put enough effort into it.
If you want to rule out STI, you can't do it over Internet. You should see a doctor and get tested, preferably, for every STI, or at least, have an urethral swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
Okay I see.

Thank you for the feedback
