Persistent sore throat

I had 2 encounters with prostitutes. Once in January 2017 and once early in February 2017.  I had protected sex, but received unprotected oral. I had gotten 2-3 mouth ulcers about 3 weeks after my last exposure, but I felt sick a day after too, felt like a common cold and had a sore throat. I went into a walk in clinic and was given clarithromycin cause he thought i had strep throat which ended up giving me severe diarrhea 4 days into the treatment and I stopped taking it, but the day I stopped taking it i went and got checked for strep throat, gonorrhoea and chlamydia and all tests were negative.  About a week ago I've been feeling discomfort in my anus region which could be an anal fissure as i was constipated and had a larger bowel movement about 2-3 weeks ago.  I then developed a small bump on my lower gum which kinda still feels like it's thete but its been 2 weeks that I've had it.  I went back to the doctor and he gave me levofloxacin for tonsillitis but my throat is still sore on the 8th day on levofloxacin. In september i had a lung infection which i used levofloxacin for and i was coughing up greenish phlegm and it worked for that. I did smoke blunts for that time in september but I've stopped smoking weed for about a month now, and everytime i would smoke weed i would get itchy. So right now I still have a sore throat which I've had for about 2 months now and my mouth feels dry sometimes and I gag sometimes which feels like acid reflux, and theres a burning sensation and sometimes itchy on my anus. I'm going to get tested for stds/hiv just to make sure i dont have anything, but i wanted to ask what could be causing this and when would be the best time to get the tests done as my last encounter was on february 4th? And is there any possible risk of having an std or even hiv?

Well with the green puss in the throat it would appear an infection but its not related to your affairs std wise as nothing you did would put your throat at any risk. The quick oral would affect your tongue and saliva contanins digestive enzimes that kill things.

Hi, you can rule out HIV and a sore throat would not have anything to do with your affairs as you had no oral contact with them. Protected vaginal is a low risk for syphilis and herpes and unprotected oral the same and also gono but again very low risk and if they did not have any genital or lip sores at the time your can pretty much rule out syphilis and herpes.
