Red Bumps On Genital Region. What Are They?

Hello,

I had a unprotected sex with a new woman. She has a promiscuous history, but says she’s been tested.

Two weeks after that I found a small slightly raised red spot on the glans of my penis. This looked like the beginning of a pimple or perhaps an isolated hive.

Three weeks after having sex I found three new spots on the glans before my appt with Planned Parenthood. The doctor at Planned Parenthood didn’t think it looked like herpes or any other std.

Three weeks and a few days after sex, I now have similar spots on my scrotum. Small red spots spaced about ¼” apart. Unlike the spot on my glans, these are somewhat itchy with slight pain when rubbed or touched.

I have not had any discharge or painful urination.

These spots are approx 1/16” to 3/32” in diameter.

What do you think these red spots are?

Pictures are available.

Thank You!

No pictures.
Can't say what they are, follow up with a Dr. Skin issues are too tough to even guess what it might be.
