Red bump that won't go away

Last summer I developed a red bump on my testicle, that just wouldn't seem to go away.  I thought it was a pimple, but nothing ever came out.  I went to the doctor, and he didn't think it was herpes, and also didn't think it was genital warts, as the top was smooth.  He froze it off, but it never healed, and now I have a red bump on my testicle.  I was like oh well, I can deal with this. Two weeks ago, I shaved, and I developed two small pimples on the top of the base of my shaft, where my hairline starts. I popped them, no problem. A single red bump has now appeared, and no matter what I put on it, it will not go away. Do I really have gentile warts? This bump is red and shiny, and it feels like lump in there, deep under the skin that is round in shape. I'm worried about going to the doctor again, I could handle on not very noticable bump on my testicle, but on right on the top of my penis isn't going to be doing me any favors.

I'm new at this site and not sure how to get an answer..but hopefully this will help. I have a red bump on my cheek that has been there for maybe 2 months now. I think it began as a pimple, but now its painful to squeeze and red. Also it has almost a black color in the center. I don't think its a boil as it has no puss or anything..i wash my face everyday but it will not get bigger or smaller...please help.

herpes lesions won't stick around for this long so it's definitely not that.

This doesn't sound like warts either.

popping things all the time isn't a good idea. Also a sore that doesn't heal, is not something to just put up with either. You need to go and be seen and get another work up done to find out what is going on in your genital area.
