Risk of infection
Hey guys I had two protection sexual intercourse but one encounter with no condoms used for blow job.
A few days since I could feel that my penis has become more sensitive ie more obvious to movements of my underwear and there are occasion tingling sensations but not really painful or anything. There haven't been any physical breakout yet.
Also there has been a more obvious burning sensation from the start of my urine but only for the first 1-3 seconds. Somehow I can't really recall when this started, could have been for months but because more obvious too.
I am also suffering from neck/back aches with occasional diarhoea.

Hi, with the protection vaginal there is only a risk for herpes and syphilis which would produce topical sores and if she did not have any lip or genital sores at the time the risk you contracted either would be close to zero.
With the unprotected oral there is a small risk for Gono or a UTI but with no white puss discharge from your penis at about the 5 day mark, you can pretty much rule them out. With a burning while urinating there should be somekind of morning white or gray discharge before urinating so since your having a bit of this, you might want to try milking it before urintating in the morning.

On taking a really close look at my urine, it looks like there are some transparent/white looking tiny bugs moving. Strange but feels more and more like UTI.

Those are mucus strings. All men have them.

Thanks a lot I will just waiting for the 28 day period to check. I also notice some faint slight cloudiness in my urine (not very obvious till I take a close stare at it)
Also, another question if I wait too long and if its really UTI, will it be too late?

Cloudy urine is not any std symptom and symptoms of uti,s would be burning while urinating about 5 days after the encounter also please understand this is very low risk activity.

Ok thank you, its not entire cloudy, but yeah, definitely white strains of white particles. I am having diarrhoea again, had recovered 3 days ago. But the burning sensation seems to be getting a bit better.
With my diarrhoea today, somehow I am feeling weaker, I could feel that I am feeling much more lethargic than yesterday.

Drink fluids as it seems your becoming dehydrated and eat some bread to help your stomach.

I guess they are related more to UTI than STDs? I am just waiting for the window period to get tested
