Risk of syphilis or other STDs?

Hi! I'm a 23-year-old bisexual guy living in the UK. One month ago I met a male masseur and he did body-to-body massage to me and gave me a handjob at the end. 2 weeks after this event, I find a small painful spot on my left nipple. The masseur claimed that he was straight, and I'm quite sure he's telling the truth because when he was masturbating me he watched straight porn videos. And he said he only offered massage and refused my request of any kind of sexual activities even though I was willing to pay him much more money.(I mention this because it's been known that stds in heterosexual communities are rarer). My question is, did I have risk of catching syphilis or other STDs from this? I am quite scared when I learnt syphilis can be transmitted by skin-to-skin contact.

You aren't going to get an std to the nipple.  :>)

But is it possible for a syphilitic chancre? And my activities are risky? Thanks
There is no risk of an STD from a handjob, no matter the sexuality of your partner.

The body-to-body massage isn't a risk for an STD, but could have transmitted staph or other things, though 5 weeks is a long time for symptoms to appear. You should get that spot checked out.

Has anyone sucked on your nipples? In theory, it could be possible to get hsv1 on your nipple if they broke the skin. It could also be eczema, staph, or a host of other things.

Let us know what happens.
Hi! AJ. Thanks for your reply. And I am surprised because I really has been sucked by one guy (not the masseur I mentioned). He did it to me about 6 weeks before I found the painful spot (or a bump) on my left nipple. To make it more concrete, it's not painful itself, but when I pressed it, the pain was obvious. Except mutual masturbation, we didn't have any sexual activities either. What do you think of this event?
And now ( I mean about one week after I found the red bump) it has disappeared.
Sorry, I typed the timeline wrongly. The guy sucked my left nipple ' 10 weeks' before I found the red bump.
If it disappeared after one week, it's not syphilis, nor likely to be a new herpes infection.

If you didn't get it checked before it disappeared, it's going to be hard to ever know what it was, unfortunately.
