STD/STI Testicle pain False negative?

I am experiencing testicle pain on and off after receiving an unprotected blowjob from an older lady after a massage. Did an std/sti test 18 days after exposure
I drank a lot a lot of water prior to the test, and not sure if I held my pee for more then 1 hour my **** was clear-ish can that ruin a test?
HIV-neg
Syphilis-neg
Hep C-Neg
I know these 3 are too early
But chlamydia and gonnorea negative also

What should my next step be?? Doctor wont give me prescription until i get results back but i dont know what will he give me now.

Herpes wouldn't cause testicular pain only.

You had no risk for HIV or Hep C. Hep C is only transmitted by blood, and is rarely transmitted sexually. When it is, it's usually unprotected anal sex.

With unprotected oral sex, you are at risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, genital herpes type 1, and NGU.

Since you're negative for gon and chlamydia, the only other real possibility is NGU, which is just an infection in the urethra. Did they do any urine testing other than gon and chlam?

Lots of things can cause testicular pain. Has a doctor actually examined you?

Thank you for the reply auntiejessie

Ultrasound came back normal
Im doing a retest for gonorrhea and chlamydia tomorrow and reffered to a urologist hopefully i can see them soon still waiting for the call.
Rapid test for urine at ER came back negative they are checking for urine culture test may take 2-3 days

What are the chances of catching herpes type 1? And generally how soon are symptoms i know they can take forever... FML im such an idiot
How bad is the pain that you went to the ER? Or did you go because of anxiety? ERs aren't for STI testing, normally, as that isn't an emergency, but if you are having severe pain in your testicles, that's not likely from an STI.

Herpes doesn't cause testicular pain like this, and if you haven't gotten any blisters or anything by now, I wouldn't worry about that. We don't have transmission stats for hsv1 via oral sex, but we do know that 67% of people under 50 have oral hsv1 already.

How long ago did this encounter happen? It sounds like maybe 20something days? Herpes symptoms usually show up within 2-12 days.

It starts at 5/10 and ramps up to 7/10 depending on movement throughout the day, I would say. Every time the swell/discomfort comes not necessarily super painful. It just makes my anxiety go like I need help since it's been 25 Days since exposure /20-ish days feeling this discomfort/pain.

What would you suggest I do next? I'm denied meds because they can't find a reason to give anything.
I would say your testicle pain is hardly related to any STI. If you got them checked, you'll probably be fine: most cases of testicle pain are transient and will pass on their own.
I would suggest trying changing your way of life for a couple of days. Sometimes choosing a less tight type of underwear helps a lot. Try to avoid the movements that worsen your pain. The cause is hardly STI-related.
I think you need to continue to work with your doctors. You should have your urine test back now. You sent me a DM asking about NGU testing - they just look for white blood cells in your urine. If you have them over a certain level, you have NGU.

If that's negative, you should ask for a referral to a urologist.

Decrease caffeine and alcohol intake - remove it completely if you can, and increase water intake.

This has some more info about it -

It's not at all likely to be an STI.
Another doc prescribed me doxy 100mg/twice a day for 10 days hopefully it does something
I hope so, too. Good luck!
