STD risk and symptoms from fingering

Hello,

I've been through the forum and found alot of good information that should calm me down but I thought I post my case here as my nerves are killing me.

8 days ago I was a strip club and only spent time with one girl the entire evening. She gave me one kiss(with tounge), had her hand in my pants for 5 seconds and I figered her a couple of time throughout the evening(never longer that a couple of seconds but my finger was inside deep). I never washed my hands after the last time I fingered her and went back to my hotel where I masturbated. This was about 40-60 mins since the vaginal fluid got on my hand and got back to my hotel. My penis was bruised from all the dancing and rubbing so the anxiety only kicked in the next day with a hangover realising that I never washed my hands, vaginal fluids, bruised penis and masturbating.

I worried a bit but then I saw a lot of post on this site saying that it's not possible to get HIV or std from such an encounter(vaginal fluid outside the body then masturbating), but then at day 5 I woke up with an insane headache that felt like a hangover. I thought the 3 beers the previous night was a bit rough and would shake it off throughout the day but then half way through the day the headache was still so intense. So now day 8 the headache is a bit better, but still comes and goes everyday and I feel dizzy from time to time. I have no rash anywhere as I am checking my private parts regularly. Also no fever, just the headache.

From what I have seen HIV headaches only start between day 10-20. Is my symptoms related to an STD that I might have picked up during my encounter or anxiety? Is there anything that relates to an aching testicale once in a while or is this just related to the anxiety that I am experiencing? In my case is an STD test needed at all?

On a side note, I started smoking(day 2) due the anxiety and are overdoing it a bit as I am a married man and father and not proud of my actions.

Thanks in advance,

There really is no such thing as an HIV headache. If you were seroconverting (developing antibodies), you'd have a lot more symptoms than just a headache.

You'd also have to have a risk for HIV. You do not, nor for any STD. Smoking can cause headaches, as can stress. Traveling doesn't help, either.

You have no risk for anything. If your testicle continues to ache, see your doctor, but it isn't related to this encounter at all.

Thanks for your response! Really appreciate.

And HSV?
Yes, "any STD" includes hsv.

You could be at risk for oral hsv1 from kissing, but we don't consider that an STD, and over half the adult population has that already. You probably do, or your wife does. 90% don't ever get any sores, so you might not know you have it.

It's nothing to freak out about.
