Scrotum pain? When to see a doctor

Hi all, so its been a while since I last had sex until two days ago. It was unprotected, but the other person said she was clean (I know, I know). Now I was pretty drunk when this happened but I never came until the next morning when I did it myself. Now its two days later and my testicles still feel, i don't know, sore? Theres a slight tingling feeling and I just don't know if its because I hadn't had sex in a while and its jsut not used to it or if there might be something else going on. It's kind of getting to my head and I just want to know when I should be seeing a doctor or if I should give it a few days.

Thanks

I don't think its blue balls since I have masturbated and ejaculated multiple times since, its 3 days after now and the tingling sensation (soreness, light pain?) is still there in the bottom of my testicles and sometimes at the head of my penis. I'm trying not to think about it much but its hard.

No STD causes diffuse testicular aching of this sort. Anxiety is a common cause. Given the nature of the contact, it would be reasonable for you to be checked for common STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia (a urine test, valid any time more than 2-3 days after exposure) and for a genital exam for reassurance.

Give it a couple of more days and try not to think about it. Could be simple "blue balls"
