Blue bump

I have this small blue bump (can only be seen on the under skin when foreskin is retracted, so it is under the skin when not retracted) under foreskin. I'm 14, never had sex, i masturbate somtimes, i dont use lubricant. i am quite worried. please help. (it looks similar to a vane.)

This is also an anxiety poster.  He has multiple posts on the same question and has also sent me (and others i'm sure) private messages regarding the same thing.  Two doctors have told him his white bumps are normal.  Now it is a blue bump.  Grace has also told him it is probably normal as have other people who give advice.  He has also been told that if it's not causing pain not to worry but he persistently asks the same questions and will not heed the advice given.

It probably is a vein.  If you've never had sex, or oral sex, it can't be an std.

If it's not causing you any pain, there is nothing to worry about.  If it gets bigger, or starts to hurt, then see a doctor.
