Sore Testicles and sore throat (related?)

I've had some above mild soreness on my testicles for the last couple of days, it comes and goes throughout the day, my scrotum colour looks normal, when I touched them they don't feel swollen or notice any unusual lumps but I think the left side of the scrotum has more fluid and the left testicle is lower than the right one, no weird discharges or blood. Not sure if it's related but I've also had some throat sorenes and it also comes and goes, it feels like a stinging pinch under my chin that goes up in straight line to my tonsils. Last time I had [unprotected] sex was in February, girl claimed to be clean and has monthly checkups

STDs don't typically cause soreness in the testicles, but could if they are left untreated. The soreness would be more consistent, typically, and not come and go throughout the day.

If you didn't perform oral sex on her, you wouldn't have a sore throat from this event. Only by performing oral sex would you get an oral STD.

All of that said, you clearly have symptoms of something - and these symptoms are concerning you enough to post about them. I definitely think you should get it checked out. No swelling and no lumps is definitely a good sign, but you should still get checked.

Ask for STD testing and a physical exam. There are lots of things that can cause problems in the testicles that aren't STDs.
