Std Exposure?

Hi not sure if it's related but I had unprotected sex oncd with a girl 6 weeks ago now I've noticed stinging pain under armpits but no swelling had std test early Negative getting another set done tommorow  as it is  now 6 weeks since do you think this could be related

I agree with Dave. If you are thinking it's swollen lymph nodes, it might be, but that's not from an STD. You should see your doctor about that pain, but it's not related to your encounter.

As said above. Lymph nodes swell for any reason even a cold which is so mild you feel fine.
