Sti/std worries

Sorry for asking, I know you have been asked analogical questions thousand times.
2 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex with sex worker, she gave me. I was insertive (duration 15-20 seconds) then I had vaginal protected sex with the same sex worker (for a moment I really bent my p..nis, It was really painful for 10 seconds) but nothing has changed outside for 2 weeks.

On the next day after sex I had a little irritation inside urine tube and on the pin of p..nis, after 3-4 days it disappeared. But maybe on the fifth day I started feeling
1. a little non-constant pain on my right testicle, it appears and disappears, from my eyes I see no changes outside.
2. a little discomfort inside my urine tube, it appears and disappears, sometimes I forget about all these "symptoms".

Everyday I check "him" for any dripping/discharging and found nothing, everything is dry. I don't have any burn while urinating.  What I should to do?

So generally speaking, symptoms that appear and disappear are usually anxiety, the result of a hyper-focus on the area. STD symptoms are always there.

However, if you had an injury from the bending, I don't know what the symptoms would be - it would depend on what injury it caused.

If you can, I think you should see your doctor and get checked out.

There are some risks from unprotected oral, but oral is lower risk than penis in vagina sex. You can get gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis.

I'd be more concerned about the trauma than STD risk, since the oral was so brief.
