Syphilis Testing at 10 weeks

Hello! I had 4 syphilis tests already, with the last one at 10 weeks after exposure - RPR and TPPA test. Both came back negative. Do you recommended further testing at 12 weeks or can I count this as conclusive?
I had symptoms until now - hair loss, fatigue, nausea, ringing in ears. But test should have been positive right if those were due to syphilis?

I think with your 4 tests and extremely low risk, you an certainly not test anymore and consider yourself negative.

Greetings.
Your exposure was low risk and your results are conclusive. You have overdid the testing: both tests at 6 weeks marks are definitely accurate.
Your symptoms are non-specific for syphilis and are definitely not caused by syphilis. Nausea and fatigue are never symptoms of syphilis, hair loss should be very specific (patched) and ear symptoms normally develop very late during the course of disease.
It is very common to experience that sort of symptoms if you read too many articles on syphilis in the Internet.

Do you recommend testing again at 12 weeks? Or I should move on and accept the conclusive result at 10 weeks?
Definitely move on. Absolutely no need to test again.

Just to add - My exposure was receiving oral from a girl and I fingered her.
