Thai massage with happy ending?

I usually go to thai massage where sometimes i got a happy ending ( hand job with oil) , there is no other thing like kissing or other things . My worries:
- if there is some semen left or other fluids on his hand from the previous customer
- they usually use some wet small towel to clean my penis i hope they change it but what if there is some semen left from under customer
Are there any risk from these thing?
Is it safe to get happy endings ?

Handjobs, with or without the "happy ending", are never a risk for any STD, including HIV.

No risk. Hands never transmit STDs, but by the time the last customer left to when you got there, hands would be exposed to air, movement, etc., which would all kill anything. All STDs die quickly once outside the body.

It's clean. Even if it wasn't, there is no risk. The semen would have to get into your urethra to cause any infection from the semen.

You said the towel was wet, right? Like they had run it under water to get it wet to clean you?
First, STDs die quickly outside the body. Then, once they put it under water, that would disrupt things further, and then the time in between you and the customer before you, and the exposure to air, and the wringing motion to wring the water out after getting it wet, plus exposure to air, there's no way anything would survive.
Honestly, I don't know where you live, and you don't need to tell me and you shouldn't, but if covid is still a thing where you live, I'd be far more worried about covid than an STD. Also, if you're worried that this place uses dirty towels, it shouldn't be a place you go back to.

Thank you were your answer , i live in Hungary , Covid is a probleam but i am only 37 so i not concern for it. i would thinking to stop this habit and use only massage service without happy ending, but for me i think for this only just some health benefit not sexual think, i never feel sensual or erotic thing only just a few minuts relief, i think probably you are right only some OCD because my wife is pregnant and i want to save her from anything. Before it i dont thinking about this situation in the past

Covid is a concern for everyone. Anyone of any age can get it and have serious consequences from it. You could get it and not know it and transmit it to your pregnant wife, which could be very serious.
If you think you have anxiety or OCD, please get that treated. It won't get any easier when you have a young baby and you're exhausted all the time.
As far as an STD, you are safe.
