Urethritis symptoms after brief oral

Hi all.  5 days ago I received very brief unprotected fellatio, maybe 7 or 8 seconds and not deep.  We were disturbed so stopped.  5 days later and the inside of my penis is sore and irritated down the length.  Could something so brief give me NGU?

I cannot see comments on here.  This is just a test message

There is a little down arrow that allows you to expand the truncated comments. It looks like a V, sort of.

I see no down arrow, very odd.  Never mind.  I think having NGU a few years back has left me very paranoid indeed.  Though I have to say that this feels exactly the same.  I'm wondering if the tension and clenching my pelvic muscles is causing the burning sensation.  Or maybe I have NGU again...but could I really be THAT unlucky after a few seconds? I suppose I'll be testing.  Thanks for the comments and help
I cant see it either which is weird.

Anywho, like I said before my comment disappeared I would not worry about the encounter at all. Not even a small bit.

NGU can come from normal bacteria so if you do have it, I really do not think its from this event.
Just an update.  The burning sensation I’m having isn’t present first thing in the morning but gets worse throughout the day. This doesn’t seem particularly logical to me.  Can anyone shed any light on this or had anything similar? Thanks
Speak to the Doc but stilldont think its an STI. Potentially prostatitis or maybe not enough water and too much caffine/alcohol?

Hey,

I was online as this came through so you are getting a quick answer.

Could brief contact give you NGU, yes probably but not likely.

There is no studies on length of contact and transmission odds but it’s probably lower risk if it’s a shorter period of time, Oral sex is already low risk. That just seems logical to me. But contact is contact so you can’t be classed as no risk.

5 days is a bit too quick for NGU. Perhaps right for Gonorrhoea but gonorrhoea is normally more extreme than this but maybe you are getting early signs. Unfortunately there is no exact science with this so everything is in play.

The symptoms don’t sound like an sti to me. The most common symptoms are discharge and burning urination (NGU, gonorrhoea etc) or blisters sores (hsv, syphilis)
The symptoms sound very typical for anxiety where we fixate on our body expecting symptoms. We pick up on normally missed thing and amplify them.

Best thing to do is test, this will clear your mind and help you move on, possible stopping this discomfort. If it doesn't clear up in a week then you will need direct examination could be start of kidney stones or a prostate problem.

If you do test I would expect negative results.
You can test for
Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea after a week.
NGU while ever you have symptoms.

Everything else is far too low risk to even test for.

Hope this helps.
