Urinary pain

Hi there i have developed urinary pain recently, I have protected sex on a irregular basis although that does not eliminate the threat of STDs, I am quite positive its a bacterial infection, can you please offer your opinions!

protected sex unless the condom breaks is just that protected from any and all fluid transmitted STDs such as HIV chlamydia, gono, trick, NGU therefore it is bacterial then it would not be an STD ... if it is related to an STD (you need to see your doctor to be diagnosed) it will not be related to any protected encounter

protected sex is a very low low risk for any skin to skin STDs such as hsv, Syphilis, HPV..

Went to the doc today, the doctor suspects UTI, or kidney infection, says he saw no visible signs of H-1 or H-2.

They will most likely do a swab or do a urine test to test your urine for any bacteria or abnormalties.. we don't give suggestions on Meds.

Oh ok thanx! I will consult with the campus doctor before I goto a hospital, can you tell me what tests are required to determine the actual cause? and what treatments do you suggest if it is a bacterial infection? I will obviously compare ur recommendation with the ones the doctors provide me with!
