Red Spot On Penis?

Hello, for about a week now i've had this red spot on the side of my penis. It is not raised, pussing, or a lieson.  I think it might have been caused by masterbating too much, but I normally use lotion and i feel like the redness should have subsided a little by now.  It's not getting worse, but i cant tell if it's getting better. It does feel a little sore when touched.  I put some aloe vera on it for sunburns, but that hasn't seem to do anything.  I also had put some tea tree oil on it but that makes it burn.
I did a google search and the closest picture i could find to what the red spot on my penis looks like is penile psoriasis, except I do not have or ever had psoriasis anywhere else on my body.
Also, I had unprotected sex about 2 months ago although the woman claims she is clean and we have remained in contact (although i haven't told her about this)

Hi when it comes to unusual symptoms after unprotected sex and your concerned it would be best to have a doctor check it out as could be fungus yeast infection)  to herpes. But i must say 2 months is a very long time to think it was from her. Normally they would appear from 2 to 12 days.
