What In the World is this Picture?

I have something similar to this and am wondering what this picture is of? Is it warts?
NSFW warning, it's a graphic'ish picture off of google images. Looks exactly like something I have and prefer not to capture myself and upload it. :) Anyways, can I get a semi professional diagnosis?

Well, it's titled "warts on testicles", but I don't know if they were diagnosed by a doctor or self-diagnosed or what.

You can get warts on your testicles, but they could also be Fordyce spots, which are oil glands, and perfectly normal. If the are under the skin, they are more likely to be Fordyce spots. If they are on the skin, they might be warts.

The only way to know if it's warts or something else - and there are lots of things that cause bumps on the skin besides warts - is to see a doctor. I'd suggest an STD clinic if there is one near you.
